Payment
The total cost of your order is the price of the goods and delivery charges.
Payment can be made by Payfast, Paypal, Snapscan and EFT.
Returns Policy
We offer a piece of mind shopping experience. If you have received the incorrect order according to your purchase order, you may return it to us in its original condition and packaging within 14 days. Please contact us first before returning. The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Goods are refunded within 30 days. Please note that this does not apply for custom made orders and for original quantity orders exceeding 50 items. Under these circumstances, a 25% restocking fee applies.

Warranty
The Seller warrants that the Goods will at the time of dispatch correspond to the description given by the Seller, except where the Buyer is dealing as a Consumer.
All other warranties, conditions, or terms relating to fitness for purpose, merchant-ability or condition of the Goods, whether implied by Statute, common law or otherwise are excluded, and the Buyer is satisfied as to the suitability of the Goods for the Buyer’s purpose.
Changes to terms and conditions
The Seller shall be entitled to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time but this right shall not affect the existing Terms and Conditions accepted by the Buyer upon making a purchase.
Rights of seller
The Seller reserves the right to periodically update prices on the Website, which cannot be guaranteed for any period of time. The Seller shall make every effort to ensure prices are correct at the point at which the Buyer places an order.
The Seller reserves the right to withdraw any goods from the Website at any time. The Seller shall not be liable to anyone for withdrawing any Goods from the Website or for refusing to process an order.

Services rendered by WallArt Studios
Clients will be provided with a cost estimate based on the brief received. Changes to the brief, or fluctuations in scope, could result in a revised cost estimate.
WallArt Studios reserves the right to monitor the scope of the project and charge for development hours should the initial allocated design time be exceeded.
Acceptance of this estimate indicates acceptance of the costs and approval for the project to proceed.
Author’s corrections will be billed in addition to this amount.
Copyright in respect of work commissioned will remain the property of WallArt Studios until such time as the full cost thereof has been paid by the Client. All source files and code will remain the intellectual property of WallArt Studios [unless a separate contract is entered into].
WallArt Studios reserves the right to remove the project from the public domain should payment not be forthcoming.
Should a project for any reason whatsoever come to an end all payments made are non refundable to cover WallArt Studios expenses.
Should content not be provided for 3 months, the project ends and all payments made will be kept to cover expenses incurred.
Should payment not be forthcoming for a period of 3 months for any reason whatsoever, all work in terms of code and database files, media including photos and videos, text, e-mail addresses or any other content may be used by WallArt Studios.

Product availability
Lead time is dependent on stock availability. Should we have stock available, orders will be dispatched the same day provided payment is validated/received before 10:00 hours.
Should the product not be in stock please allow 3-10 working days plus freight transit time. This will allow for manufacturing and delivery from our store.
Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence WallArt Studios PTY LTD will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping schedule.
Delivery Policy
When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. Undeliverable packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment.
Order processing
Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment.
Refunds/returns Policy
Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase you will be liable for a 15% handling fee. You must advise us in writing of your cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase. The goods must be returned to us undamaged in the original packaging within 14 calendar days.
* Note: WallArt Studios Pty LTD recommends that you use Speed Services Couriers (South African Postal Services) for all returns as it offers shipment tracking through a 24 hours customer helpline. Should you choose to use a carrier that does not offer a tracking facility and the goods are lost then no refund or return will be considered.
International customers should make use of a courier that offers:

Insure your package for safe return and declare the full value of the shipment failing which loss or damage will be for your account.
